Rich flavorful boneless beef short ribs. These mouthwatering tender cuts are perfectly seasoned with my classic monster spice.
Ingredients
1. Boneless short ribs
Short ribs are a cut of beef taken from the brisket, chuck, plate, or rib areas of beef cattle. They consist of a short portion of the rib bone, which is overlain by meat which varies in thickness. There are two major types of cuts: The "flanken", which is cut across the bone and leaves the bone just 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5.1 cm) in length, and the "English", which is cut parallel to the bone and leaves the bone up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. English cut short ribs may be served individually, or three or four may served connected to one another (a style known as the "plate"). Short ribs are popular in many international cuisines.

Instructions
1. Prepare all the ingredients
Wash and dry fresh produce. cut off and discard the root end of scallion. thinly slice the white bottom and cut the green stems, thinly slice the leaves. some people like to use celery instead of green scallion, so chop the celery in small parts, cut the rest of onion and carrot in small pcs, slice the garlic into 3 pcs.
2. Prepare the beef and sauce
Put the carrot, celery, garlic and onion into a pot with water or braw. the cook with in 3 minutes with some black pepper, one teaspoon cooking oil and half teaspoon of salt. be ready to use with the beef later as sauce.
3. Attach some oil on the beef
Set the beef into the cooking tray, apply some cooking oil on to the beef by using brush or by hand, put some salt and black pepper on the beef while the oil is resting in it.
4. Bake the beef
After 5 minutes, you may start baking the beef for 5~10 minutes with your oven depending wherever you like to have the beef cooked in term of rare, medium rare or well down.
5. Cook the beef in sauce
You may put the cooked beef into the pan with sauce for 1 minute or apply the sauce on top of the beef. then the meal ie ready to serve.
